The challenge

GreenWatt's emissions data was rich but overwhelming — spreadsheets, raw charts, and no clear actions. Prospects churned during trials because they couldn't find the insight in the noise.

What we did

We designed an insight-first dashboard: a single 'carbon score' headline metric, drill-down charts, and automated recommendations. Alongside it, a new brand identity and marketing site that made a technical product feel approachable.

The result

Trial-to-paid conversion improved 38%, and the redesigned onboarding cut time-to-first-insight from days to minutes.
